Configure outlook express to pop mails

Following are the steps to configure outlook express to pop mails from server.

1. In outlook express, click on Tools -> Accounts

2. Click on Add and select Mail

3. In Display Name, enter your name

4. In the email address, enter your email address, like demo@domain.com

5. Select pop3 for incoming mail server

6. Enter mail.domain.com for incoming as well as outgoing mail server

7. Enter account name as demo@domain.com and type the password of the account

8. Click on finish to save the changes



9. Select the account just created, and click on Properties on the right panel

10. Click on Servers tab, select the option "My server requires authentication"

11. Click on Apply to save the changes.




PS:  You need to substitute your actual email address for demo@domain.com and actual domain name for domain.com.
